PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Seeking a proactive Project Administrator with strong organizational skills to support the project team. Responsibilities include managing documentation, scheduling, tracking, and facilitating communication among team members, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project operations.
Qualities
- Detail-Oriented – The Project Administrator will handle contracts, invoices, schedules, and reports, so they need to be meticulous in managing and tracking details.
- Highly Organized – This role will require managing multiple project documents and tracking workflows. Look for someone who can demonstrate an ability to keep materials and tasks well-organized.
- Adaptable and Flexible – Civil construction projects can change frequently. A successful administrator can handle evolving priorities and adapt to new processes or schedules without hesitation.
- Clear Communicator – Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential. They should be comfortable providing updates, summarizing information, and communicating clearly with various team members.

Skills

Key Responsibilities
- Document Control
- Maintain accurate records, including contracts, change orders, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Organize and manage filing systems (both physical and digital) for quick access to essential documents.Assist in maintaining project
- Support for Scheduling and Planning – Assist in maintaining project schedules and updating task lists. This may include
supporting the Project Manager with calendar management, meeting coordination, and distribution of schedules to relevant parties. - Communication and Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for team members, subcontractors, and vendors regarding administrative matters.
- Relay project updates and information between team members to keep everyone aligned on progress and changes.
- Meeting Support
- Attend project meetings, take detailed notes, and document action items.
- Distribute meeting notes and follow up on action items as needed.
- Regulatory and Compliance Assistance
- Help ensure all project activities adhere to regulatory requirements by tracking permits, licenses, and safety documentation.
- Maintain compliance records and assist with safety documentation and reporting.

GPS ROVER / STAKEOUT POSITION
General Description
A GPS Rover Operator is an hourly-rated skilled craft position that performs as a part of the grading crew and is responsible for verifying the grade using the GPS Topcon system. The GPS Rover Operator is responsible for any combination of the duties described below.
Key Duties
- Verify grade of site
- Must have experience using the Topcon Pocket 3D data collection software, Topcon 3DMC, 3DMC2, 3DMC Max and mmGPS machine control systems
- Ability to read and understand construction layout on as-builts and designs/plans
- Responsible for setting up equipment and shooting grade
- Must be able to transfer data from GPS rover to grading equipment (dozer, motor grader, etc.)
- Use survey instruments
- Total stations
- Data collectors
- Highway construction layout
- Read and understand Civil Construction Blueprints
- Ability to work on above ground super structures such as bridges
- Perform incidental work items and duties included within other crafts

CONSTRUCTION INSTRUMENT OPERATOR
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Training under a Crew Chief to learn a variety of surveys and proper operation of survey equipment
- Taking notes in a field book while on the job site
- Managing truck inventory and ensuring that equipment and supplies are stocked.
- Completing projects in a timely manner Being flexible and adaptive to change
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Key Skills:
- Previous experience in surveying, construction, or utility locating is preferred, but not required.
- The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time is essential.
- Professional, team-oriented attitude with a desire to build a career.
- Honest, dependable, thorough, safety-conscious, and a strong work ethic
- Self-driven with little to no supervision
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license with MVR that meets Company requirements.
- Work with a virtual building manager to establish layout models, acquire survey coordinates, and validate site control with robotic total stations.
- Review, verify, and help identify resolutions to project coordination issues related to grade and/or layout on all projects sites as needed during construction.

CLASS A CDL DRIVER
- Verifiable heavy haul Class A CDL w/ Minimum 5 Years Experience
- Must have Heavy Haul Experience
- Must have Low Boy Haul Experience
- No major moving violations in the last 3 years
- No DUI / DWI in the last 7 years
- Clean Driving Record and must be insurable

PROJECT MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate should have experience as a Project Manager, Sitework estimator, Project coordinator, or background in Project Management
- At least 5 year’s pure Construction Estimating Experience
- General knowledge of bidding process
- Demonstrate an understanding of general construction practices
- Able to organize and prioritize tasks to meet set deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Advanced Excel skills plus general computer skills
- Working knowledge of AGTEK, Building Connect is a major plus’

DOZER OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Must be able to operate a dozer—CAT or Komatsu models.
- Experience with GPS Grading system (Topcon) is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with residential subdivisions is preferred, but not required.
- Team mindset, ability to communicate and work well with others.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a dozer is required.
- Capable/Responsible maintain equipment and job sites in a clean & professional manor.

EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment is required.
- Able to operate track hoe, dozer, skid steer, loader, grader, roller or other machinery.
- Working knowledge of GPS Grading system (Topcon) is preferred, but not required.
- Capable/Responsible to maintain equipment and job sites in a clean & professional manner.
- Coachability and a desire to elevate skills through training are essential.
- Team mindset, able to work with all ages and personalities.

ESTIMATOR
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints in order to bid projects
- 2-5 years in a estimator role for construction company or a similar position is required.
- Ability to learn a bidding software as well as Agtek Constuction Software
- Perform Takeoffs of complete site work construction
- Ability to use a Spreadsheet in order to complete a bid
- Team mindset, able to work with all ages and personalities.
