Known as an Anderson Grading Company we were fortunate to be the grading contractor for the Cottages Of Anderson project. Our grading team provided a full scope of land services for the project located just off Highway 29. The full scope of work included Water/Sewer, Storm Drainage, Mass Dirt Moving, Fine Grading, Erosion Control and finial stabilization of the site.
A good size project at 18 Acres, we moved more than 50,000 cubic yards of material. First we started by land clearing 16 of the 18 Acres. Then our team set over 1000 feet of pipe both water and sewer lines, so that each new tiny home could enjoy fresh running water and easy access to sewer. Once the rough grade, water and sewer were complete, we were cleared for final grade.
We fine graded the roads and pads and then spread the crush and run throughout the entire project. Then spread grass seed to stabilize the remaining of the property.

Throughout the project, our team used 3 Off Road Dump Trucks, roller, 61 & 51 Dozer, Skidsteer and our mini Track Hoe.
