Spring Ridge in was a massive grading project for over 500 homes in Anderson, South Carolina. TD Grading was trusted and contracted by SEC Construction to move over 140K cubic yards of dirt.
We moved through this project we carved and cut building ponds, pads and roads for the future subdivision. And of course we installed erosion control measures we moved forward putting in place large diversion swales to control the water flow throughout the site. Because of the massive size, over 150 Acres, water, sewer and storm drainage were done in stages.
Massive Grading Project Details, Scope Of Work and Toys We Used
- Acreage: 150 Acres
- Mass Dirt Moving – Over 300,000 Cubic Yards ( TD Craft moved 130,000 CY)
- Land Cleared – Over 140 Acres of trees were cleared for the project.
We brought a couple of our big toys to this project. Which included, Four Off-Road Trucks, Our Roller, Two 61 GPS Dozers, One 51 GPS Dozer and Two 360 GPS Track Hoes. There was probably more, but those were the fun toys.
