We are proud to be a trusted Sub Division Grading sub-contractor well known throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. The Wells Creek Sub-Division is located in Gray Court, South Carolina sprawling out over 144 Acres. Our primary focus we moving massive amounts of dirt, over 140 cubic yards. Then focusing on the fine grading and erosion control. While the primary contractor managed the infrastructure installation building ponds, pads for and carving some roads for the future development.
While being built out in phases when complete this new develop south of Greenville will have almost 500 new homes.

We had several pieces of equipment onsite for several weeks. Four Off-Road Trucks, our Roller, Two 61GPS Dozers, One 51GPS Dozer and Two 360GPS Track Hoes were the primary tools on this job.
